
Chocolate Orange Espresso Martini
A rich, smooth and indulgent twist on the classic espresso martini. Dry Cut Gin adds a bright botanical edge that lifts the chocolate and orange flavours beautifully. It is creamy, aromatic and the perfect after dinner serve.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Dry Cut Gin
- 30 ml fresh espresso, cooled
- 15 ml chocolate liqueur
- 15 ml orange liqueur (Cointreau or Triple Sec)
- Ice, for shaking
- Orange peel and grated chocolate, for garnish
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the Dry Cut Gin, cooled espresso, chocolate liqueur and orange liqueur.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds until frothy and well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with an expressed orange peel and a sprinkle of grated chocolate.
