We’ve moved into our brand-new distillery, just 10 minutes from the heart of Brisbane – a fresh home for our ever-evolving world of craft spirits and creative expression.

Winston Quinn Gin was founded with a love of craftsmanship and a thirst for individuality. Our signature Denim range of five gins put us on the map, with each release carefully distilled using fresh Queensland citrus, unique botanicals, and a whole lot of passion. Every drop is vegan friendly, gluten free, and tailor made – right down to our custom-designed bottles.

Now, with a bigger space and even bigger ideas, we’re distilling more than just gin. Stay tuned for our new artisanal spirits and premixed range, all crafted with the same hands-on care and flavour-first philosophy. From limited releases to new ready-to-drink creations, we’re just getting started.
