Born in Brisbane and proudly independent, Winston Quinn is a modern craft spirits brand built on quality, creativity, and doing things properly. What started as a passion project has grown into a fully fledged distillery, now operating from our own purpose built space just minutes from the Brisbane CBD.

Our journey began with gin, and our signature Denim Range remains at the heart of what we do. Each gin is carefully distilled using fresh Queensland citrus and thoughtfully selected botanicals, resulting in spirits that are balanced, expressive, and unmistakably Winston Quinn. Every bottle is vegan friendly, gluten free, and finished in our custom designed packaging, because the details matter.

With more room to create and a clear vision for the future, Winston Quinn has expanded beyond gin. We are developing new spirits, limited releases, and ready to drink options, all guided by the same flavour first approach and hands on craftsmanship that defined us from day one.
