I. The Names
It started with two golden retrievers.
Winston and Quinn slept beside the still while our Head Distiller learned the craft, one batch at a time. The gin carries their names. Every label still carries their silhouette.
Before any of this, James Taylor was making limoncello for family and friends, and nothing made him prouder than watching people enjoy it. That hasn't changed. He is still hands on with every batch that leaves the distillery.

II. The Bottle
Drawn by hand. Cut like crystal.
Before the first bottle was made, it was a pencil sketch. We wanted something that felt like it had always been on the bar cart: heavy in the hand, catching the light, quietly confident.
- The CutA hand drawn diamond pattern wraps the glass, so every pour throws a little light around the table.
- The ShieldA tailored label, cut like a crest, with Winston and Quinn front and centre.
- The ShoulderOur name pressed into the glass itself. Labels come and go. This doesn't.
- The StopperNatural timber, because the last thing you touch should feel as good as the first.

III. The Ingredients
Queensland, in every bottle.
Fresh fruit, real peel and native botanicals, sourced close to home. All natural in flavour, and nothing we wouldn't put on our own table.
Citrus
Fresh Queensland orange and lemon peel lift Dry Cut and run right through the range.
Lemon Myrtle
Vapour infused, so the aromatics stay bright instead of stewed.
The Base
Australian, sustainable wheat based spirit at the heart of every gin we make.

Hand crafted, hand bottled and hand labelled at our own Brisbane distillery.

The London way, made for this climate.
We distil traditionally. No syrups, no concentrates, no shortcuts. What we changed is who we make it for.

Vapour, not boil.
Our botanicals sit in the vapour path rather than stewing in the pot, so the aromatics lift clean and the flavour comes through brighter.

We keep only the narrow heart of every run and let the rest go.
It costs us yield. It buys us taste.

Built for the subtropics.
Classic recipes were written for cold northern winters. Ours are made for humid afternoons, long lunches and cool evenings: brighter citrus, softer weight, and a gin that holds its shape over ice.
