Magic, or really, botany. In the final stage of distilling we add an organic butterfly pea flower, which is highly sensitive to pH. Add something acidic like citrus and Skinny Jeans shifts from blue to a soft pink, right in the glass.

Yes, all our gins are proudly gluten free, so everyone can enjoy them. They’re also sugar free (including our Pink Fit + Soda), vegan friendly and sulphite free.

A few of our gins use botanicals that may cause allergies: Dry Cut, Skinny Jeans and Double Denim contain lavender, and Pink Fit contains hibiscus. Each product page lists its full botanical lineup, so you can always check before you sip.

Absolutely. Like our followers, we support local, so we use fresh farmers market fruit to distil every one of our much loved gins, all naturally coloured and flavoured.

Dry Cut: soda or tonic, with rosemary, thyme and dehydrated citrus.

Skinny Jeans: soda or light tonic, with fresh lime and blueberries (watch it change colour).

Pink Fit: soda or tonic, with mint and fresh strawberries.

Slim Crop: soda or tonic, with cucumber and a sprig of mint.
