Ingredients
- 50 ml Dry Cut Gin
- 25 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 20 ml sugar syrup
- Lime wheel or wedge, for garnish
- Ice, for shaking
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the Dry Cut Gin, lime juice and sugar syrup.
- Shake well until the shaker feels cold.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge.
