
Dry Cut Mojito

Ingredients
- 50 ml Dry Cut Gin
- 25 ml fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp white sugar or 15 ml simple syrup
- 8–10 fresh mint leaves
- Soda water, to top
- Crushed ice
- Mint sprig and lime wedge, for garnish
Method
- Add mint leaves and sugar (or simple syrup) into a tall glass.
- Gently muddle to release the mint's aroma without tearing it.
- Add Dry Cut Gin and lime juice.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Top with soda water and give the drink a light stir.
