Fresh blueberry notes blend seamlessly with zesty lemon, creating a cocktail that is visually striking with its purple-blue hue and beautifully balanced between sweet, tart and botanical.
INGREDIENTS
- 45ml Skinny Jeans Blue Gin
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- 20ml blueberry syrup or muddled blueberries
- Splash of soda water
- Crushed ice
- Fresh blueberries and a citrus wheel to garnish
METHOD
- Fill a short glass with crushed ice.
- Add Skinny Jeans Blue Gin, lemon juice and blueberry syrup.
- Stir gently to combine and allow the colours to layer.
- Top with a small splash of soda water.
- Garnish with fresh blueberries and a citrus wheel.
