Skinny  Jeans  Jack  Frost

A silky, vibrant blue sour that balances citrus, sweetness and a subtle coconut finish. Made with Skinny Jeans Blue Gin and finished with a fluffy foam, this cocktail is striking, refreshing and perfect for a modern White Christmas moment.

Ingredients

  • 40 ml Skinny Jeans Blue Gin
  • 20 ml blue curaçao
  • 20 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml sugar syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Desiccated coconut, for rimming
  • Ice

Method

  1. Rim a chilled coupe glass with lemon juice, then coat the rim with desiccated coconut. Set aside.
  2. Add Skinny Jeans Blue Gin, blue curaçao, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white to a shaker.
  3. Dry shake firmly without ice for 10 to 15 seconds to build a silky foam.
  4. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
  5. Double strain into the prepared glass.
