Slim Crop Orchard Spritz
A bright, fruit-forward spritz that pairs the cool cucumber notes of our Slim Crop Cucumber Gin with crisp apple, fresh lime and spicy ginger beer. Light, refreshing and made for warm afternoons.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Slim Crop Cucumber Gin
- 45 ml apple juice
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- Top with ginger beer
- Garnish: cucumber ribbon and thin slices of apple
Method
- Fill a large wine glass with cubed ice.
- Add Slim Crop Cucumber Gin, apple juice and fresh lime juice.
- Lightly stir to combine, then top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and apple slices.
