
Kiwi & Elderflower Sparkling Gin

Ingredients
- 1 kiwi, peeled
- 1 kiwi slice, to garnish
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 20 ml elderflower liqueur
- 20 ml simple syrup
- 60 ml Winston Quinn Tropical Trim Gin
- Perrier sparkling water, to top
Method
- Peel the kiwi, reserving one slice for garnish.
- Add the remaining kiwi to a cocktail shaker and muddle well.
- Add Winston Quinn Tropical Trim Gin, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for at least 10 seconds.
- Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
- Top with Perrier sparkling water and stir gently.
- Garnish with the kiwi slice and serve.
