Ingredients
- 50 ml Winston Quinn Tropical Trim Gin
- 250 g fresh mango, diced
- 100 g crushed ice
- Juice of ½ lime
- Simple syrup, optional (up to 15 ml, to taste)
- Fresh mint sprig, to garnish
Method
- Add the diced mango, Winston Quinn Tropical Trim Gin, lime juice, and crushed ice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and frozen.
- Taste and, if needed, add up to 15 ml of simple syrup depending on the sweetness of the mango.
- Blend briefly again to combine.
- Pour into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint and serve immediately.
