Tropical Trim Passionfruit Fizz
Bright, refreshing, and naturally tropical, this gin fizz highlights fresh passionfruit with crisp soda water and a subtle citrus bitterness. Light, lively, and perfect for warm weather, it delivers a clean sparkling finish with every sip.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Winston Quinn Tropical Trim Gin
- 90 ml fresh passionfruit juice (roughly 2–3 passionfruits, strained)
- 5–6 drops lemon bitters
- Soda water, to top
- ½ passionfruit, pulp (garnish)
- Edible flowers (garnish)
Method
- Fill a stemless wine glass with ice.
- Add the Winston Quinn Tropical Trim Gin, fresh passionfruit juice, and lemon bitters.
- Top with soda water.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Optional: Spoon the pulp from half a passionfruit and place it on top for extra texture and aroma.
- Serve with edible flowers and enjoy
